3/8” flywheel starter ring for later models, which had the starter motor in the engine bay.  1933-39 approx. Made from high carbon steel, hardened and tempered with the correct pitch and cut.

Note this type of flywheel requires removal of the old ring, before shrinking on the new starter ring.
