Allows the older 1.1/8” H1 type SU Carburettor to be fitted to a Ruby type manifold. Supplied c/w nuts, screws etc
Distance between carb mounting holes approx. 48mm centre to centre
This adapter requires the carburettor mounting holes to be opened up a little to accept a 5/16” screw.
Note:
The hole in the centre of the alloy adapter plate is just over an inch in diameter, the same as the throat on a Ruby manifold. You can then if you wish open up the hole in the alloy plate to the same diameter as your chosen carburettor. (For a smoother transition)
